Do you find yourself struggling to carve out space for your own practice? Is it easy to let the ‘life stuff’ – the laundry, the endless scrolling, the chores – take priority over your own self-reflection and care?
I am so excited to invite you to a new Community Peer Practice Group. This is a space designed for those of us who want to reclaim our time and be inspired by the energy of a collective dedication to practice.
We will meet online (via Google Teams) every Thursday evening, 8:00 – 9:15 pm, starting February 26th over 5 weeks.
The Vision
This isn't a guided class; it’s a co-created space. Whether your practice is yoga, dance, poetry, meditation, or writing, you are welcome. A small group of us will come together to witness each other’s commitment and hold a non-judgmental, compassionate container for our personal growth.
How it Works
Each session follows a simple, supportive rhythm:
The Check-in
We share how we’re feeling, what practice we’ve brought with us, and our intention for the session.
The Practice
We move into our own spaces for 30 minutes of dedicated, uninterrupted practice.
The Reflection
We return to the group to share and reflect on our experience, being witnessed by our peers.
The Intention
We set our focus for the week ahead – what do we hope to gain by attending to our practice more regularly?
Investment
£25 for the full 5-week block
This price is kept low simply to cover the costs of the platform and my time in facilitating the space. Let’s see what we can co-create when we choose the practice over the ‘shoulds’.
